The Nepalese squad, which will compete in the Paralympics beginning Tuesday, is departing today for Japan.
Nepal is competing in Taekwondo at the Tokyo Paralympics 2020. Nepalese taekwondo player Palesha Goverdhan will compete.
The Nepalese squad had already bid farewell.
Palesha from Nepal will compete in the K44 women's under 58 kg weight category.
Kabiraj Negi will be the coach, Saroj Shrestha as Chef de Mission are going to Tokyo while Palesha will be competing in the Paralympics. Likewise, Dr. Deepak Shrestha will depart Tokyo as a physio and trusted Covid license officer.
